Al G. Reynolds RHU, CLTCA, and also a Senior Partner of Reynolds, Clement & Company LLC in Birmingham, Alabama has been a successful Group Insurance Broker since 1978.

Specializing in employee benefits including group health, life, disability, dental and 401(k) plans, Al provides his expertise and service to private and public corporations, municipalities, associations, and numerous other clients.

A graduate of Jacksonville State University with a B.B.A. in Business Administration, Al continued his education to become one of only a handful of licensed insurance agents in the State of Alabama to earn both the prestigious Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Certified Long Term Care Analyst (CLTCA) professional designations.

Industry honors and awards include his election in 2000 to the Executive Board of Directors as President of the Alabama Association of Health Underwriters (AAHU).  In 2005, Al was appointed by Alabama Governor Bob Riley to serve on his Emergency Response Commission to address the Health Care crisis in Alabama. From 2002-Present Al serves on Alabama Insurance Commissioner Walter Bell’s Advisory Committee and in 2004 he was awarded the John Galloway Memorial Award by AAHU, as Alabama’s Health Underwriter of The Year.

Al enjoys collegiate sports and is a golf enthusiast.  A member of the Independent Presbyterian Church, he does volunteer work for the Southern Golf Association, having served as a Director for the past 12 years.

Steven M. Clement RHU, REBC, and also a Senior Partner at Reynolds, Clement & Company, LLC in Roswell, Georgia, has been a successful Group Insurance Broker since 1989.

Specializing in employee benefits including group health, life, disability, dental and 401(k) plans, Steven provides his expertise and service to private and public corporations, municipalities, associations, and numerous other clients.

A graduate of Mercer University with a B.B.A. in Finance, Steven continued his education to become one of only thirty licensed insurance agents in the State of Georgia to earn both the prestigious Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC) professional designations.  He was the first person in the history of Georgia to receive both designations in the same calendar year.

Industry honors and awards include his election to the Executive Board of Directors as President of the Georgia Associations of Health Underwriters (GAHU).  Additionally, in March  2002, Steven was appointed by Georgia Governor Roy Barnes to serve on his Action Group for The Uninsured.  This is a task force made up of industry executives and State legislators, whose mission is to develop methods to reduce the uninsured population in Georgia.

Steven enjoys collegiate sports and is a golf enthusiast.  A member of the Wieuca Road Baptist Church, he does volunteer work for the North Fulton Community Charities and the Georgia Special Olympics.
